Adult Ballet-  Fluid motion combined with stretching, lengthening and balance. Come learn or review the basic positions of ballet.Offered July 7- August 18.

Afro Jam- This fun cardio class incorporates rhythmic African style movement. Come try it at least once. Offered through June 30th.


Ballroom- For basic/begining to intermediate skill levels. Come learn to dance the Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing, Cha Cha, Salsa, Tango and Mambo. You will be the next dancing with the stars! 

 

Gentle/ Slow Flow Yoga- Focusing on the fundamentals, this class is for those who like to flow at a slower pace, focus on opening specific body areas and nurturing the body.

 

Golden Yoga- Designed for people with less mobility & beginners, this is a fun class emphasizing the “golden” aspects of yoga, namely alignment, breathe, building strength and increasing range of motion while utilizing chairs and slow flowing movement.

 

Gyrokinesis ®- This innovative method of exercise, inspired by chi kung, Kundalini, and hatha yoga, moves the spine in all planes of motion while increasing mobility in the hips, shoulders, and limbs. This exercise from body maps your brain to improve your overal performance.

 

Iyengar Style Yoga-This method of Yoga may be said to define itself as different from other styles of Yoga by 3 key elements, namely technique, sequence, and timing. Beginners should attend Iyengar I.

 

Kundalini Yoga-Through balanced integration of breath, meditation, and physical exercise, Kundalini cultivates energy, increases sense of well-being, and improves focus and clarity.

 

Pilates- The essence of Pilates places its focus on what is termed the body’s ‘core’. This is the abdominal area, the buttocks, hips and low back- the center of the body. Pilates works the deep muscles in the body creating a strong center.

 

      Pilates Mat Work- Designed to build a firm foundation for the entire spinal structure; stretching and strengthening the entire body.

      Pilates Equipment- The resistance of springs in equipment requires greater effort.

 

Power Yoga- Build strength and stamina. Not following any specific series, this Ashtanga inspired class builds heat while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. Not recommended for beginers.


 Stress Less- This sequence of gentle and supported poses is designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, nourish the internal organs and create a feeling of deep peace.

 

 Sport Conditioning- Increases coordination, core stability & strength in major muscle groups while incorporating flexibility exercises for injury prevention.

Sport Yoga-  Focuses on lengthening muscles, increasing flexibility to reduce injury, and learning to control ones breath while increasing endurance.

Vinyasa/Flow Yoga- Vinyasa incorporates precise alignment and body focus with the “thinking body/feeling mind.” This energetic and heat building style incorporates fluid movement from one asana or pose to the next.
